Tianjin Seamless Pipe Industry Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, with its headquarters located in the High-end Equipment Industrial Park in Beichen District, Tianjin. It is a comprehensive steel enterprise in the northern region, specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and supporting technical services of seamless steel pipes. The company has a registered capital of 320 million yuan and covers a total area of 180,000 square meters. It boasts 4 standardized intelligent production workshops and 2 modern warehousing centers, with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons. Its business covers core industrial regions in North China, East China, Northeast China, and Northwest China. Additionally, it exports to 12 countries along the "Belt and Road" through Tianjin Port, providing high-quality seamless pipe solutions for the petrochemical, energy transmission, machinery manufacturing, municipal infrastructure, and nuclear power industries.

Quality assurance: full process quality control
Quality Assurance
Using high-quality steel billets from Tianjin Iron and Steel and Hebei Jinxi Steel as raw materials, we have established a full-process quality control system and equipped it with 18 sets of advanced testing equipment. Our products have passed ISO9001, API 5L/5CT and EU CE certifications, with a finished product qualification rate of 99.9% for five consecutive years. We serve 86 large enterprises (such as CNPC and CNOOC) without any major quality disputes.
Technical strength
The 35-member R&D team (including 8 senior engineers and 3 industry experts) has jointly established an industry-university-research base with Tianjin University of Technology. In the past five years, the team has obtained 18 patents (5 inventions and 13 utility models) and has taken the lead in formulating local technical specifications. The team uses the "three-roll continuous rolling + online heat treatment" process, with a yield rate of 92%, which exceeds the industry average by 8 percentage points.
Supply chain advantages
We have signed long-term agreements with four large steel companies (such as Tianjin Iron and Steel), with procurement costs 5%-8% lower than the industry average; we have built two intelligent storage centers (with a total area of 60,000 square meters) equipped with a WMS system to monitor 35,000 tons of spot goods in real time; we support "same-day order, next-day delivery" and emergency order response time is ≤4 hours.

We implemented the "Industry-Specific Account Manager" model and provided customized services for 12 major projects (such as the West-East Gas Pipeline II). We established a 24-hour after-sales response mechanism, achieving a 98.5% problem resolution rate.
